INDIANAPOLIS | It was like a Jaguars Bizarro World at the Scouting Combine inside Lucas Oil Stadium Thursday.
The emphasis was on defense, not offense.
“Now it’s really time to focus on the defense,” general manager Dave Caldwell said.
Focus on defense in free agency.
“There’s a limited pool of talented players and there’s a large pool of money this year, especially in north Florida,” Caldwell said.
Focus on defense in the draft.
“We have eight draft picks and we’ll devote a large portion of those to the defensive side of the ball,” Caldwell said.
