Suspended Jaguars receiver Justin Blackmon remains a talking point, despite not having played for the team since the middle of the 2013 season.
Jaguars general manager Dave Caldwell was asked about Blackmon on Friday. Caldwell said he has not been given an update from the league office regarding Blackmon. After the season finale, Caldwell said he was hopeful to hear something from the league by the draft.
"Our process hasn't changed," Caldwell said. "Plan to go without him, but if he emerges, he emerges and he's going to go in with those top guys and compete with those other guys.
