The Jaguars hope their first step in fixing a broken defense takes place at the Senior Bowl this week in Mobile, Ala.
Jaguars coach Gus Bradley, general manager Dave Caldwell and newly promoted defensive coordinator Todd Wash will be getting an up close look at several defensive prospects likely to be chosen in the first three rounds of the NFL Draft, which begins April 30.
The Jaguars need help at every level of their defense. While the fifth overall pick will likely be an underclassman like Florida State defensive back Jalen Ramsey, the Jaguars’ second, third and fourth-round choices could easily be competing in Mobile this week.
