If you have him on your roster, you likely also have another QB that you drafted in front of him. If your other QB has a bad matchup, isn’t performing well, or is injured, you should feel very comfortable starting Bortles this week. The Texans have given up the 8th most fantasy points to opposing QB’s this year, and Bortles is on a serious hot streak. In DFS leagues he can be had for a meager price and is a great value in DFS formats this week.
