Jaguars expected to sign Duke Johnson to practice squad, activate A.J. Cann from Reserve/COVID-19 list

The Jacksonville Jaguars are expected to sign running back Duke Johnson to the team’s practice squad, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, who cites Johnson’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, as the source.

Former Texans’ running back Duke Johnson is signing today with the Jaguars practice squad, per his agent @DrewJRosenhaus.

Johnson, a third-round pick out of Miami (FL.) in 2015, started his career with the Cleveland Browns. He played with the Browns through the 2018 season before being traded to the Houston Texans in August 2019.
