Jaguars erupt in second half, set franchise record against Colts

The Jaguars scored touchdowns on offense, defense and special teams.

That was more than enough to snap Indianapolis’ recent mastery in the series.

Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles threw three touchdowns in the second half in a 51-16 romp over the Colts Sunday at EverBank Field. The 51 points are the most ever scored by the Jaguars in a regular-season game.

The Jaguars (5-8) snapped Indianapolis’ six-game winning streak in the rivalry and ended the Colts’ 16-game winning streak in the division. Indianapolis (6-7) dropped to second place in the AFC South behind Houston (6-6), who hosts New England on Sunday night.
