It might be a long offseason for Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Marrone, but that doesn’t mean he is away of the changes that need to be made to this franchise. After his second full season at the helm of the football team, Marrone and his coaching staff will need to make changes to the day-to-day operation of this roster.
Failure to do so could mean another head coach stands at the podium inside TIAA Bank Field once rookie mini camp begins in 2020. It’s not just Marrone who feels the heat. David Caldwell, the team’s general manager and executive vice-president of football operations Tom Coughlin is aware of it as well.
