Dante Fowler’s smile was constant and bright.

The Jaguars learned a little bit about their first-round pick on Friday. The 6-foot-3, 261-pound Fowler went through nearly an hour of practice in rookie minicamp prior to tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee.
“Just in the individual drills and six reps he took yesterday, we saw a lot of good things,” Jaguars defensive line coach Todd Wash said.
