Jaguars could get some prime time love in 2018

The Jacksonville Jaguars were one of the top teams in the NFL last season, just a sliver away from playing in the Super Bowl, but had zero prime time games. That could changed headed into 2018, as it seems the Jaguars were one of the more discussed teams when television execs met with the NFL over Super Bowl week.

Top executives from ESPN, Fox Sports and NBC Sports met with Katz and his team in Minneapolis. CBS met the week before in New York. As in every other year in recent memory, the networks clamored to carry the Dallas Cowboys, New England Patriots, Pittsburgh Steelers and Green Bay Packers — teams that reliably draw the biggest TV ratings in the league.
