Jaguars coach Gus Bradley today defended his team’s offensive approach on two fourth-quarter drives of Sunday’s 19-17 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
Leading 17-16, the Jaguars twice took over possession in Ravens territory after an interception.
Twice the Jaguars ran on first down.
Twice the Jaguars came away with no points.
Bradley said he didn’t have a problem with offensive coordinator Greg Olson’s play-calling.
“You look at the four-minute situation, there are a lot of time management discussions,” Bradley said. “They had three timeouts. We talked about that in OTAs and training camp: We’ve got to be able to run it when they know we’re going to run it.
