Philip Rivers still owns Jaguars coach Gus Bradley.
The San Diego quarterback had his third brilliant game against Bradley in the last three seasons, throwing for four touchdowns in a 31-25 win on Sunday at EverBank Field.
Rivers’ dominance allowed the Chargers (3-8) to snap a six-game losing streak. The Jaguars (4-7) were aiming for a third-straight win and to remain in the AFC South race. Divisional foes Houston and Indianapolis both won Sunday to improve to 6-5.
The Jaguars trimmed San Diego’s lead to 24-19 on a 21-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Blake Bortles to tight end Julius Thomas with 10:58 left in the game.
