The news of a 31-20 victory over the New England Patriots on Sunday was tempered a bit when the Jacksonville Jaguars learned starting left tackle Cam Robinson will miss the remainder of the 2018 season with a torn ACL.
Robinson, a second-year, second-round draft pick out of Alabama, was replaced by Josh Wells who lined up next to left guard Andrew Norwell for the remainder of the game.
The injury to Robinson is a big blow to the Jaguars roster, however, the play of Wells on Sunday, coupled with the entire offensive line, is one of the reasons the Jaguars beat the Patriots.
