When the Jacksonville Jaguars reached the AFC Championship in 2017, they did it on the strength of their defense. Rightly, the unit was nicknamed Sacksonville due to its ability to consistently bring the heat to opposing quarterbacks. Fast forward to 2025, and the Jags are once again winning games because of their ballhawking defense.
And while the 2025 isn't racking as many sacks as its 2017 counterparts, it excels at creating takeaways. Rightly, cornerback Jourdan Lewis came up with a hilarious yet fitting nickname for the unit.
