Jaguars add Marcus Simms to the mix at wide receiver

The signing of Marcus Simms may not make the Jacksonville Jaguars wide receivers an elite group by NFL standards, but it does make things a bit more interesting on the field during training camp. The West Virginia player could be a surprise to make the final 53-man roster and should also boost the team return game.

Per Jaguars.com, “Simms (6-feet-0, 195 pounds) caught 46 passes for 699 yards and two touchdowns in 2018, leading the Mountaineers with six punt returns for 58 yards and 10 kickoff returns for 176 yards. He played 33 games at West Virginia, catching 87 passes for 1,457 yards and eight touchdowns.
