It’s finally here.
Jacksonville Jaguars fans are used to long offseasons, waiting for meaningful games to start again after a disappointing end to the previous season. This year might be different. For the first time since 2008, Jaguar fans have expectations and hope. Unfortunately the first week of the season sees the Green Bay Packers coming to Everbank Field.
While it’s probably unreasonable to expect the Jaguars to beat the Packers, this is the type of game the Jaguars have to show up to and be competitive in order to be considered real playoff contenders. The Jaguars have struggled to against good quarterbacks over the last 3 years and Aaron Rodgers is the best of the bunch.
