By March 9th, the Jacksonville Jaguars will have decided which free agents to pursue. Some teams have already exercised their right to release certain players. The Jaguars will have released players by then or choose not to re-sign.
Spotrac lists quarterback Kirk Cousins as the top free agent for the 2017 season. Due to the undying support for Blake Bortles, Cousins will not be considered by the Jaguars. There are likely not any free agent quarterbacks that would be an upgrade to Bortles.
Jacksonville should look to sign a running back to replace Chris Ivory as the starter.
