Jacksonville Jaguars continue to climb Forbes’ team value chart

In terms of real value, the Jacksonville Jaguars are worth $80 million more than they were a year ago. That isn’t an explosion on the same scale as Nintendo following Pokemon Go’s release, but it certainly good for a team that doesn’t win very much. They are now worth a total of $1.48 billion.

In relative terms, the recent increase in value puts the Jacksonville Jaguars as the 27th ranked franchise in the NFL. The Jags jumped two spots this year.

For owner Shad Khan, this is all good news. The NFL has been booming as a whole, but the Jaguars have more than doubled in value (according to Forbes) since he bought them just three seasons ago.
