When head coach Gus Bradley and general manager Dave Caldwell took over three years ago, we all know that rebuilding the Jacksonville Jaguars was going to be a long, drawn out process.
Just how long that was going to take was up for debate and there was always some optimism.
In general there was a feeling that the third year of the rebuild would yield some more tangible results, though. Bradley was quoted as saying, “It’s built and it’s time.” in the build up to the 2015 season. That was the kind of confidence we fans expected from the Jags head coach after another strong draft, quality free agency signings, and a couple of seasons under the team’s belt.
