Jacksonville Jaguars: 3 bold predictions for Leonard Fournette in 2020

No one can say Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette didn’t do his part in 2019.

The former 2017 first-round draft pick ran for a career-high 1,152 yards, caught 76 passes and played in 15 games – all career highs. He was a vocal leader on the field and showed more leadership in the locker room.

Oh, how things change in a year.

It was almost a foregone conclusion that Fournette would be run out of town after the final year of his rookie deal. The notion of riding the legs the former LSU standout until he was out of gas wasn’t lost on the local media as we discussed in detail whether or not Fournette would get to his second contract here in North Florida.
