Brenton Strange is heading into his third season with the Jacksonville Jaguars and should be in line for a major breakout season in 2025.
After being selected in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft, Strange saw minimal usage as a pass catcher during his rookie season as he finished Year 1 with just 9 targets, of which he secured 5 for 35 yards and a single score. His role was largely subjected to special teams work and blocking in the run game.
Year 2, however, offered more opportunities. With starting tight end Evan Engram dealing with injuries throughout the 2024 season, Strange was able to prove that he was ready for a larger role in the offense.
