The Jacksonville Jaguars went into the 2016 offseason with plenty of holes and lots of money to try and find solutions. Free agency was supposed be an active time for the Jaguars this year and it was, perhaps not quite as much as some fans hoped but the roster certainly improved over the course of the last few weeks.
With general manager David Caldwell essentially done signing veterans, he now turns his focus to the 2016 NFL Draft. For the fourth time in as many seasons, Caldwell has a top 5 draft pick to try and find a difference maker.
