Jack Kiser’s move to IR just opened the door for crucial Jaguars roster tweaks

The Jags announced that they've placed first-year linebacker Jack Kiser on Injury Reserve, putting an end to his rookie campaign. On top of that, they've signed running back DeeJay Dallas and opened linebacker Jalen McLeod's 21-day practice window.
