Jason Cole of B/R reports that there is “growing chatter” around the NFL right now about the Jaguars drafting Clemson QB Deshaun Watson at No. 4 overall.
- Cole adds that someone close to Watson implied that the Bears may also be interested in Watson at No. 3 overall, but he has a hard time envisioning this happening.
This could be smoke, as teams try to convince someone to trade up for a quarterback. However, the Jaguars did bring Watson in for a pre-draft visit and have yet to make a decision regarding Blake Bortles‘ fifth-year option.
