Former Jaguars first-round pick surges in training camp after uneven offseason

Several players took advantage of the opportunities they got in the offseason program. Right tackle Anton Harrison wasn't one of them. A first-round pick in 2023, the former Oklahoma Sooner flashed as a rookie but left a bit to be desired in his sophomore campaign. Things didn't get much for him in mandatory camp, but a switch has since flipped, and the Jacksonville Jaguars are now pleased with the strides he's made in training camp.

Following an uneven performance offseason, Harrison has looked much better in training camp. Head coach Liam Coen told the local media that the third-year offensive tackle has been more consistent and has challenged him to continue to play like that.
