Former Auburn quarterback-turned-cornerback Nick Marshall headlined the group of nine undrafted free agents who agreed to terms with the Jaguars Sunday.
The players will sign three-year contracts once they travel to Jacksonville and pass physical exams. They will be on the field with the Jaguars’ eight draft picks and tryout players for rookie minicamp Friday and Saturday. When the players sign, the Jaguars will have one open roster spot.
Marshall, the only one of the nine newcomers to participate in the NFL Scouting Combine, played defensive back for the Jaguars’ coaching staff at the Senior Bowl.
At the combine, Marshall (6-foot-1, 207 pounds) ran the 40-yard dash in 4.
