Five observations on the Divisional Playoffs in the NFL:
New England and Kansas City both have tight end issues
Tight end Rob Gronkowski of the Patriots and Jeremy Maclin of the Chiefs are keys to their team’s offenses and both are questionable going into Saturday’s game. Considering the Patriots’ history of being less than candid about injuries, it’s impossible to predict how much action Gronkowski will see. But Maclin has a high ankle sprain, didn’t practice all week and it may be difficult for him to play. The decision will be made in the pregame warm-ups. These teams last played in the fourth game of the 2014 season when the Patriots were routed 41-14 to fall to 2-2.
