The Jaguars announced the signing of first-round cornerback Jalen Ramsey to a four-year contract Sunday.
Per the NFL’s rookie salary structure, Ramsey’s deal is expected to be worth $23.35 million, including a $15.18 million signing bonus.
The Jaguars have signed six of their seven draft picks; only third-round defensive end Yannick Ngakoue remains unsigned, but he will participate in Monday’s opening organized team activity workout.
Ramsey’s salary cap number of $4,245,636 will be the 14th-highest on the Jaguars this year. His entire contract is expected to be guaranteed like the team’s previous three first-round picks — Luke Joeckel, Blake Bortles and Dante Fowler — of general manager Dave Caldwell’s tenure.
