Former Florida State quarterback EJ Manuel is likely to start against the Jaguars for the Buffalo Bills in London in two weeks.
Starter Tyrod Taylor was injured in the team’s victory over the Tennessee Titans Sunday and the Buffalo News reported the injury was “pretty bad’’ and that Manuel would likely start against the Bengals this week and the Jaguars next week.
According to cbssports.com, Taylor suffered an MCL sprain on a horse collar tackle.
Coach Rex Ryan said Taylor has already been dealing with an ankle injury and hasn’t been healthy all season. Taylor has thrown for nine touchdowns and four interceptions this year while leading Buffalo to a 3-2 record.
