Caldwell: Jaguars starting to show results, but need to 'speed it up'

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Jaguars had another disappointing year but general manger Dave Caldwell believes victories came out of this season as well.

While they may not have met the expectations of the fanbase in their third year, Caldwell and head coach Gus Bradley believe that the offense is set up for the long run with several talented players still in the early years of their careers.

There were clear issues on the defensive side of the ball, but Caldwell and Bradley realize that they've come a long way, despite the 12-36 record. The Jaguars were competitive in the majority of their games this season and Caldwell noted that they were competing down the stretch in the winnable AFC South.
