Bortles is taking yet another step towards becoming the franchise signal caller the team wants him to be.
After the team’s final minicamp practice, the 26-year-old Bortles spoke to the media. He said he is pleased with the progress he and the team made in camp and looks forward to doing more over the offseason (training camp) to get ready for the 2018 season.
