The Jacksonville Jaguars signed the 5th of their 8 rookies to contracts on Thursday, as Defensive Tackle Michael Bennett officially joined the team.
Bennett’s signing leaves only three rookies left for the Jaguars to sign this offseason.
The Jaguars have signed sixth-round pick DT Michael Bennett. Leaves only three players unsigned: TJ Yeldon, AJ Cann and Rashad Greene.

It’s probably safe to say that Bennett was the most lauded of Jacksonville’s 8 draft picks. Considered by many to be a 2nd or 3rd round pick, Bennett is an absolutely perfect scheme fit for the Jaguars as a 3-technique defensive tackle.
