It’s officially June, and the rebuild that the Jacksonville Jaguars have undergone under head coach Urban Meyer is beginning to take shape. There have been some bumps on the road, but the Jags are in better shape than they were earlier this year. Technically, all NFL teams should be better after free agency and the draft. However, cap restraints and bad decision-making has set a few clubs back (e.g. the Houston Texans).
Fortunately, most of the moves the Jaguars have made this offseason have been of the positive variety.
