The Jacksonville Jaguars led the NFL in cap space earlier this year. Even after all the additions they made in free agency, they still have $38.49 million in cap room, according to Over the Cap. If they wish, they can still sign a few free agents. After all, their tight end room could use some help and EDGE defender Melvin Ingram could give their defense a boost. However, the Jags need to also start planning for the future.
