The Jacksonville Jaguars are going to improve next year, according to Bovada. If you believe their recent over/under odds of 7.5, they'll be a 7 or 8 win team.
But if you're like me and think is a 7 to 9 win team after the 2016 NFL Draft, that's on the low end of expectations. Could Bovada be putting a 7.5 over/under out there to get some bets on the over side? After all, if they put 6.5 out there, all the bets are on the over.
