The 2015 NFL Draft is this week and if history repeats itself, the Jacksonville Jaguars will find some diamonds in the rough and capable starters in the later rounds. That's why a one-round or two-round mock draft is fine, but has its limits with an evaluator like general manager Dave Caldwell.
