2015 NFL Draft: Jaguars Have Picked In Top-10 Longest

The 2015 NFL Draft may see the Jacksonville Jaguars break a record this year.

For the past seven years, the Jacksonville Jaguars have picked in the top-10 every year.

Let’s recap it for all of us:

2014: 3rd overall, QB Blake Bortles

2013: 2nd overall, OT Luke Joeckel

2012: 5th overall, WR Justin Blackmon (suspended indefinitely)

2011: 10th overall, QB Blaine Gabbert (no longer with the Jaguars)

2010: 10th overall, DT Tyson Alualu (transitioned to role player at DE)

2009: 8th overall, OT Eugene Monroe (no longer with the Jaguars)

2008: 8th overall, DE Derrick Harvey (no longer in NFL)

The list highlights just how terrible the Gene Smith era was for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
