Despite the loss, the Jacksonville Jaguars delivered another gutsy performance, though it definitely felt like they took a few steps backward. Rookie Travis Hunter got caught standing offside, which negated an impressive touchdown catch and run by Brian Thomas Jr. that would have put six points on the board. Overall, they committed 10 penalties for 76 yards, a significant increase from the four penalties for 25 yards last week against the Chiefs.
The running game wasn't clicking, and the defense didn't manage a single takeaway for the first time this season. Like all games, a few players stood out, while others looked lackluster.
