This year marks the 25th season for the Jacksonville Jaguars. To celebrate, we’re counting down 100 days from our regular season kickoff with the top 100 moments in franchise history.
Yesterday it was Mark Brunell’s scramble against the Denver Broncos in that infamous 1996 playoff run.
He played 17 years in the NFL, six of which were with the Jaguars. He was the perfect complement to Jimmy Smith in the late 1990’s, fearlessly catching passes over the middle and earning the “thunder” half of the “thunder and lightning” nickname with Smith.
