Swedish basketball player Adriana Camber has committed to the Iowa State women’s basketball team, a source has told The Ames Tribune.
Camber, a 5-9 forward, is a member of ISU’s 2016-17 recruiting class. She is rated five stars by BlueStar Europe, and has spent time playing with Sweden’s U18 national team.
“Adriana is a very high-caliber basketball player,” said Dan Bowmaker, of BlueStar Europe. “With great athleticism and a 6(-foot) wing span she is not only a great scorer but superb defensive player. She is a typical Euro guard, with a complete skill set and great size at the guard spot.
