With all signs pointing to Fred Hoiberg becoming the next coach of the Chicago Bulls, it is going to be very interesting to see who will take over this program that looks to be a preseason top-10 team.
Hoiberg made the Cyclones relevant again, primarily by stacking his team with transfer students from other major programs. Under Hoiberg, the Cyclones won back-to-back Big 12 Championships and made the NCAA tournament four consecutive times, while averaging about 25 wins per season. Now that Hoiberg is heading to the NBA, here is a list of potential candidates who could be the next head coach of the Iowa State Cyclones.
