Iowa State is replenishing their edge rushers in the 2022 class and they have added another great addition today. R Mason Thomas, the 3-star defensive end out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida announced his commitment to Iowa State. He is the second edge rusher the Cyclones have added in the 2022 class.
R Mason Thomas held offers from South Carolina, Penn State, Illinois, West Virginia and others. Though it really came down to Iowa State or South Carolina in the end. Thomas is an 86 composite rating according to 247sports, which will surely see a slight bump in the future.
