Monte Morris has been invited to the prestigious CP3 Elite Guard Camp later this month, Iowa State announced Monday.
The Cyclone guard will be among the nation’s top collegiate and high school guards to attend the camp, which is hosted in Winston-Salem, N.C. by nine-time NBA all-star Chris Paul. The camp runs June 23-26.
Morris, a likely preseason All-American pick next year, averaged 13.8 points and 6.9 assists last season as a junior, helping ISU to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament. He was a finalist for the Bob Cousy Award given to the country’s top point guard.
