Steve Prohm has wrangled his first commitment at Iowa State.
Clinton High School forward Brady Ernst has pledged to join the Cyclones, he told the Ames Tribune.
The Class of 2015 big man visited ISU last week and made the decision Thursday to join the Cyclones.
“I talked it over with my family,” Ernst said, “and just thought it was a great opportunity, playing with a top-level team. They have the potential to be really good in a great conference, playing in Hilton, all that Hilton Magic.
“Just the atmosphere there and the fans are unbelievable there, so I just thought it was a great fit.
