DALLAS — With a camera and microphone near by, Allen Lazard faced one of the toughest questions of his day.
Would he put on the jester hat, or the cowboy hat?
Lazard grabbed the jester hat and some oversized gold sunglasses.
“It was the first thing that caught my eye,” he said.
