Dordel named pitching coach for Cyclones
Brynne Dordel, an accomplished pitching coach, will be joining the Iowa State softball coaching staff as an assistant, new ISU coach Jamie Trachsel announced on Friday.
“I am very excited about having Brynne on the Iowa State softball staff,” Trachsel said in a release.
“She is a great young coach who is not only knowledgeable, but is also capable of teaching and developing pitchers at every level.
“She has a proven track record of maximizing the ability of her athletes, as she has coached multiple pitchers who have garnered pitcher of the year awards within the conference, and first-team all-region honors.
