Iowa State guard Tyrese Haliburton has declared for the 2020 NBA draft while forgoing his final two years of college eligibility, according to ESPN's Jonathan Givony and Adrian Wojnarowski.
He will have the opportunity to withdraw from the draft by June 15 if he wants to return to school.
Haliburton is coming off an injury-shortened 2019-20 season as a broken wrist ended his year in February. He apparently first suffered an injury in a December practice but a fall during a game against Kansas State officially put him out of commission.
