Shooting guard Naz Long underwent his second hip surgery (torn labrum) in five weeks and is expected to miss three to five months, according to The Des Moines Register.
The 6’4″ rising senior from Mississauga, ON averaged 10.1 points per game, 2.9 rebounds, 2.0 assists and shot 45 percent from the field last season. Long has improved his minutes and scoring average in all three seasons that he has been a member of the Cyclones program.
