Jarnor Jones doesn’t need to see Jordan Harris hit anyone. He can feel it.
“Oh man, he hits you,”Jones said, “and it gives me chills.
“It hurts me when he hits other people sometimes.”
Harris packs quite a punch when lowering his shoulder at middle linebacker. It helped him stand out in Iowa State’s camp and after a redshirt season he’s out to make a name for himself as a smashmouth defender.
“I love hitting people,” Harris said, “especially receivers coming across the middle. They probably second guess it the next time.”
The Cyclones expected Harris to put his hard charging skills on display last season.
