David Montgomery Expected To Miss Around A Month Due To Injury

Former Iowa State running back David Montgomery escaped an ACL injury but will miss some time. They Bears star is now expected to be sidelined for about a month due to a knee sprain sustained in Sunday’s win over the Detroit Lions.

Per source, tests showed Bears RB David Montgomery has a knee sprain that’s expected to keep him out 4-5 weeks. Not season-ending, but Bears will be without their starting RB for a while.
