The Cyclones won 75-64 tonight. The Broncos attempted to stampede back while going on a 25-5 run late in the game.

The first half of the game started slow for the Cyclones, as we didn’t get a basket until the 17:59 mark when Jeff Beverly made a jumper plus one free throw to tie us up at three a piece. Shortly thereafter, Boise State’s (arguably) best player, Chandler Hutchison, hit his head hard and wouldn’t return into the game for the basketballers from Boise. Hutchison officially left tonight’s game at the 12:22 mark.

Following his departure, the Cyclones firmly entrenched themselves on offense, going on a 25-11 run to end the half that would end with a Wigginton buzzer-beater to put us up 39-21.
